Police had been on a explicit freeway when two splendid chums had been killed in an electrical bike wreck that sparked a riot in Cardiff, a senior officer has acknowledged.
Harvey Evans, 15, and Kyrees Sullivan, 16, died within the Ely spot on Monday.
Deputy Chief Constable Rachel 1st Beaverbrook suggested a press convention that a police van became on Huge Avenue when the wreck came about on Snowden Avenue.
